Let’s talk Turkey

This will be short , sweet and to the point. These Turkeys can eat , man they can put some grub away. If you think chickens eat a lot , they've got nothing on turkeys. And by the way turkey feed is a whole lot more expensive so brace yourself. Now the good news is the adult feed is more in line with the chicken feed. But the starter feed is definitely more expensive for turkeys and they've got to be on the starter feed for a minimum of 16 weeks so open up that wallet. Now they are good " grubbers" but you have to have the insect population to sustain them so don't think you're just going to chunk them in the backyard and they'll just eat insects and be fine. Nah not gonna work. They'd starve to death. Don't get me wrong they'll eat and control pests in your backyard but the numbers aren't going to sustain them and next to flounder your dreams they can fly so there's that problem to throw on the pile . But I did just want to forewarn you about the costs associated with feeding these dinosaurs. They truly fit the bill.
