I saw a quote the other day that really rolled around in my head for a spell. It said a person who raised livestock has to be an optimist otherwise he or she would never raise livestock. Think about it , the worry over the animals as babies trying to get them old enough to produce trying to prevent sickness , paying retail for feed and for medicines and selling items back at wholesale. With minimal return for the amount of work involved. You would have to be an optimist at heart otherwise you'd just give up.
Sadly with the restraints and constraints currently put on this endeavour I fear many people who raised livestock are soon going to throw their hands up and call it quits. I fear for that day to come. When it does happen where are those necessities going to come from ? The government 🤣🤣🤣. They are the worst at everything they touch with the poorest quality. Heaven help us.
