Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar seems to me to be more art than science. You can never use the exact amounts of an ingredient without taking into account the apples , time of year and temperature. Checking the color , smell and developing pressure over a time period. Oh well soon as this batch is ready it'll be time to start another batch.
