We've absolutely underestimated the amount of apple cider vinegar to cure. The chickens and ducks as crazy as it sounds have increased their water consumption during the colder weather. How this occurred I have no clue. I've definitely got to start making larger batches but I never thought they'd be going through this so fast. Note to self , make more than you think you're going to need. Because inevitably you'll run out. I would hate to actually buy this stuff that just seems so alien. Oh well it can only cure so fast so I guess it will be down to the wire.
