Benefits of radishes

I have heard some people saying they couldn't stand radishes and that there was no real benefits of radishes. Well let me provide you with some knowledge.

Radishes are rich in antioxidants and minerals like calcium and potassium. Together, these nutrients help lower high blood pressure and reduce your risks for heart disease. The radish is also a good source of natural nitrates that improve blood flow.

Well aside from those fabulous benefits let me just say when your wanting a bit of spice during the warmer weather the radish provides a little bite while refreshing at the same time.

Now I will say homegrown radish is 💯 times better than any from a store. When they're fresh out of the ground the flavor is phenomenal.

So number one go and and plant yourself some radishes and number two harvest and eat your radishes fresh out of the ground. You'll be sold on radishes with that first refreshing bite with bite. 😂👍🌱
