It seems the small farms have so many rules to abide by and these are STRICTLY enforced by the local Agriculture Authorities. If you look at some of these laws you can tell it's pretty much been put in place to make it so hard and aggravating on the smaller farms they will just throw their hands up and throw in the towel. Meanwhile even for inspectors to go into a corporate farm they have to have the corporations approval first before ever performing an inspection and the Agriculture inspectors have to be monitored by the representatives for the corporation. I could see if a local small farm told these inspectors that. they'd earn a shiny new set of matching bracelets, one for each wrist.
The other thing is these corporations don't sell exactly the organic straight product that used to be provided by the small independent farmer. They sell you an alternate product and not the straight product that used be supplied. But their sister company will sell you a pill that will replace the part you're missing from what should have been in the natural product to start with.
Man I can say what wonderful and progressive times we are living in. Aren't wee fortunate that the corporations and laws are there to show us all the way and provide such wonderful things us idiots couldn't provide for ourselves before being protected and provided for by these wonderful corporations who only have our best interest at heart and no monetary intentions whatsoever ?
