Have you recently noticed the egg prices ? Man oh man are they spiking. I see a lot of home egg growers jacking their prices up to make a little more money on their investment . However these home growers aren't seeing the bigger picture. If you keep prices reasonable and allow people to try " real" eggs with actual flavor at reasonable prices you'll never see them go back to those tasteless bland eggs they've been putting out in the grocery and box stores. Then you've got a loyal customer for life. Otherwise you may get a few " new" customers but for the most part some of those people that may have given your eggs a shot will never dart your farm for the experience. So yes I'm saying take advantage of the situation but in the other direction , keep your prices reasonable and produce good fresh eggs with actual flavor. I promise you'll not regret it in the years to come but only benefit in the long game.
