Well the availability for crops this time of year are slim. Still have some greens available but for the most part the crop season is done until spring. The root crops are now set for the spring harvest such as carrot and garlic but for the most part winter is here and the crops are done for the season. Eggs are still coming even in the non-egg season. So come and get them.
Starting on a larger bed for more Silver Queen corn next year so that should be fun and plentiful. The tomato plant bed should be ready for planting in the spring and I'm really thinking about more squash and beans for next year.
The apple cider vinegar is setting and is generally available for you on request. It's pretty simple to start you a batch so just let me know.
For the most part at least it's not really that bad this time of year because everything for the most part slows down. For a while it should be planning and getting the beds ready for next year. That's it for now. Blogs to be ongoing so if you want to keep up thanks in advance.
