Low country boil

This is absolutely the time of year when low country boils are awesome. The weather, the bright sunshine and cooking outside where everything taste better. It's a simple thing to cook mostly based on timing of ingredients. If you've never made it you should give it a try . By the way the results are spectacular. You just can't beat it.
