I think I've come up with a solution to make plain old deer corn go farther and get better results than just throwing it out. Since deer corn is much cheaper than other corn to feed your chickens but it is a dry and hard kernel for them to crack and digest. The corn is absolutely for your chickens during the winter not only for nutrition but maintaining their body heat and building up fat stores to better suite them for the cooler temperatures. Well I think I've come up with a way to accomplish that spending the same amount of money but making the corn not only produce better results and go farther with less but the chickens will love the result.
