You know I was reading a recent report on vitamin deficiency and it seems as though the more we as all knowing humans decide things aren't sterile enough for us and those dreaded germs we inadvertently take out much needed vitamins, minerals, healthy bacteria all while saying oh but we can add that back in . We never do.
Here's a stat for you , in the 1800s people were less vitamin B deficient than we are today. Want to guess why it's all been traced back to those people were drinking directly from wells and streams. I know there are those of you who will say but I have a well also. Nope not the same kind I'm talking about. There's weren't filtered and processed bla bla bla etc.
Which brings up our current dilemma, using alcohol based hand cleaners and sterilizing products such as Lysol etc every 5 minutes. We are killing off every helpful bacteria that aids us in the fight against these viruses. Not to say cleaning isn't vital as well but my lord we have got to the point we all want operating rooms in our homes. Meanwhile the viruses are growing stronger because of our efforts without any end in sight. If the end of man is because of something as small as a virus you can thank man and his endless endeavors to sterilize everything in sight as the culprit. My lord people this cleaning and sterilizing frenzy has to stop. We're creating a much bigger problem than need be and killing the healthy environment that's there for a reason. To help us. I've got to say man's arrogance just keeps getting bigger and bigger all the whole not seeing the inevitable damage and repercussions of our arrogance.
