Well I've been so concentrated on getting Apple cider vinegar because that's all anyone ever mentions in any sort. However after much reading an the actual breakdown of the acetic acid produced as well as the probiotic Bacteria produced there is no difference in any fruit produced vinegar. The main reason so many were so obsessed with APPLE cider vinegar was because apples were cheap and readily available. However due to recent events nothing is Cheap at this point . And I now have pair trees growing and they grow in our climate here pretty good. So why wouldn't I use the pairs to produce my much needed and currently expensive Apple cider vinegar or apples for that matter.
So it will probably be another year of growing the trees to hit the three year mark when my trees will actually start producing. That is if Gertrude the goat doesn't eat them to the ground like she does everything else 😂.
So my advice with the current economy and prices , don't go with the usual but find ways to get around the old " usual" remedies and recipes. Find new innovative ways with the same outcomes . Just because granny did it that way doesn't mean prices and economy was the same as it is now. They used apples for their vinegar because it was cheap and they just used leftover scraps. So it's time for us to begin to think in much of the same ways. Any great new ideas on old concepts ? Let me know . 👍😀
