1/2 tablespoon of calendula
1/2 tablespoon of echinacea
A good squeeze of fresh orange juice
All mixed in a tea
Cold and flu allergy tea
1/2 tablespoon of nettle
1/2 tablespoon of peppermint
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon bark or lavender
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of local honey
Fresh ginger slices
Mixed in a tea
