Virus prevention 😷

A 12-week study revealed that people who took 2.56 grams of garlic per day not only got sick fewer times but the length and severity of their the cold or flu was improved.

So with Covid 19 numbers on the sharp rise again ( Covid 19 by the way is a virus) the statistics every day now showing increases and the cold and flu season is right around the corner quickly approaching now may be the time to start your daily regimen of garlic intake. With all of the data and statistical analysis on garlic and its benefits in viral defense why wouldn't you start now.

However keep in mind taken after the fact of succumbing to such a viral infection may not pack nearly the punch. But taken before hand can prevent many such infections from ever occuring.

Now the biggest question cooked or raw. The prevailing evidence shows it is much more effective by far if taken in a raw non-processed form. So the so called garlic pills , as sold by your local stores in some neat processed form is likely to not be as effective as plain old raw garlic from your cupboard. Now how you make it palatable is completely up to you.

But with the viral season quickly approaching and the numbers of gatherings that are going to occur regardless of the warnings , Halloween 🎃, Thanksgiving 🦃 and Christmas 🎄 not to mention New Years🎉🎊 with all the smooching💋 , I'm not sure if garlic will help either way with the smooching, but these gatherings will inevitably occur and the viruses will begin to spread like wildfire. So now's the time to take preventive maintenance precautions ☣️.
